Discover a Jewish way to reduce stress and find renewal
This program will introduce you to a variety of gentle and approachable meditation practices with a Jewish flavor.
“Finding the Peace” will take place on Sunday, November 8th with the 4-5 pm hour incorporating gentle meditative movement and breathing techniques while the last half hour, 5-5:30 pm will focus on questions and reflections.
